Purple Aqua Smokey

New look for today and I chose to do a purple smokey with a turquoise pop on the lower lash line, yes I guess I do a lot of these pops ;)


The eyes are a standard smokey with a highlighted center on the lid, lower lash line is topped with a beautiful turquoise color just to make the look more exciting.


For the lips I lined them with a purple eye pencil ever so slightly and topped them with my favorite rosey nude shade, matte of course.

My Diet

Monday, January 19th, as I posted on Facebook, I finally decided to go on a diet!!! Yay

I struggled with weight since my first child, I gained a lot during pregnancy and I have promised myself that when I don't want to have anymore baby's I would try to loose weight! Well my youngest is almost 2, so I think that it is time to do something about it!

I am 33kg overweight my ideal weight is 65kg but I am happy if I would get to near 70 at least! I am 1.71m tall (5.6).

My problem is not the food, it's the sweets, chocolate, everything with sugar lol. If they would invent something to stop the sugar addiction I would be the happiest woman in the world!

If anyone wonders, No I don't photoshop my pics, my face is slim on it's own!!! And No I am not going to post my before pics or the between pics, I think that I am the only one that should look at my fat!

I will keep a weekly update on Facebook to let you know how it's going and how much I have lost, so make sure that you are following me there :)

The diet that I chose to do is a Hospital Diet, I am not saying it is a healthy diet and that you should follow it, it is something that works for ME!

I chose to loose the most weight as fast as I can and after that I will try and maintain it, maybe it will work and maybe it won't, but that is something that I decided to do!

With this diet you can loose more or less 10kg in 3 weeks, women loose a little less than men do so keep that in mind!

Fat Free Hospital Diet

Every morning for breakfast is the same: Cup of coffee or tea, one toasted bread and an orange

Monday 

Lunch
1 orange or grapefruit
1 boiled egg
2 cups of low fat yogurt
2 toasted breads

Diner
2 tomatoes
2 boiled eggs
1 half of a salad crop (if you buy salad leaves in a bag, just use half of it)
1 cup of low fat yogurt
2 toasted breads

Tuesday

Lunch
1 orange or grapefruit
1 boiled egg
2 cups of low fat yogurt
2 toasted breads

Diner
1 beef steak Tartare (beef steak that has been fine chopped)
1 tomato
1 orange or grapefruit
1 cup of low fat yogurt
1 toasted bread

Wednesday 

Lunch
1 orange or grapefruit 
1 boiled egg
2 cups of low fat yogurt 
2 toasted breads

Diner
125gram of beef steak or roast beef
1 orange
1 toasted bread
1 cup of low fat yogurt

Thursday  

Lunch 
125gram of Quark (fresh cheese)
1 tomato
1 sour pickle
1 toasted bread

Diner
1 beef steak Tartare (beef steak that has been fine chopped)
2 tomatoes
1 apple
1 toasted bread

Friday

Lunch 
1 tomato
1 toasted bread
200grams fish of your choice (if you don't like fish like I do, you can have chicken breast)
  Diner
1 half of a salad crop (if you buy salad leaves in a bag, just use half of it) 
1 boiled egg
1 tomato
1 cup of low fat yogurt
1 toasted bread

Weekend you can eat normal, in boundries, don't go overboard!

Salads can be seasoned with a little bit of oil, salt and vinegar, the meat MUST be grilled no oil added!!! Coffee and tea you can drink all day without any milk or sugar. Drink lots of water. If you want to keep your weight after this diet, just repeat Monday and the rest of the week you can eat normal.

So that's it, this is my second week,I think the beginning it's hard because your body has to get used to. Like I said I normally don't eat a lot so this diet is no problem for me, but if you are used to eat a lot then it will be hard (but everybody is different).

NOTE if you decide to follow this diet, you are doing it on your own risk, I am not saying that you should follow it and you have to make your own decisions. I will not be accounted for if anything goes wrong!!!
